Services

Wellness is our priority.

Your dogs, cats, and other pets will receive optimal care from Dr. Fox and the care team. We cover all the necessary services to keep your pet healthy and happy for years to come. Your pet’s care will be supported by our clinical, diagnostic, and surgical services.

Wellness Exams
From the first visit and throughout their entire life, we’ll be there to provide the absolute best care for your pet. Our wellness care measures can maximize the fullness of that life both in terms of what your pet can do and for how long. Annual physical exams are important! Many of our younger patients have annual exams, but for aging pets or those who have medical conditions, we recommend exams every six months.
Parasite Prevention

Parasites and the diseases they carry can all be prevented with proper medication and maintenance. Fleas and ticks are not only a source of irritation to your pet, but they can also harbor disease and adversely affect your pet’s health. Heartworm is a dangerous parasite that lives in the heart of dogs and cats, damages the heart muscle, and can be fatal.

Ridding a pet and home from fleas can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars and can be nearly impossible to get rid of as flea eggs can survive for a very long time. We will work with you to set up the best flea and tick preventive plan for your pets.

Pharmacy

Our hospital has a fully stocked, in-house pharmacy to make getting your pet’s medication as easy as possible. Additionally, we have an online pharmacy that allows you to shop online for your pet’s medication, supplies, and food to be delivered right to your door. Click here to shop now.

Dentistry

Just as it’s important for you to see a dentist regularly, it’s important for dogs and cats as well. Your pet’s oral health is directly connected to their overall health. Signs of dental disease include bad breath; loose, broken, or missing teeth; yellow or brown teeth; red, inflamed, or bleeding gums; difficulty or pain when chewing; pawing at the mouth; and excessive drooling. If you notice any of these symptoms, please contact our team, and we’ll be happy to help.

Before & After Dental Cleaning

Vaccinations
While dogs and cats have some of the same vaccinations like rabies and distemper, they also have different vaccination needs based on the diseases that can affect their species. Our veterinarians will work with you to set up a comprehensive, personalized vaccination schedule to protect your pet.
Microchipping

A microchip is a tiny device which contains unique identifying information about a pet. It is approximately the size of a grain of rice and contains a code that corresponds to the contact information of the pet owner. This allows missing cats and dogs to be returned to their rightful home as quickly as possible.

Diagnostics

It is difficult to see your pet in pain or suffering and not know what’s wrong. Our team provides state-of-the-art in house diagnostics to help us learn what’s wrong and provide an accurate diagnosis. A quicker diagnosis leads to quicker treatment! We do diagnostic testing both in-house and with an outside lab so we can provide results quickly and accurately.

Our in-house laboratory allows us to quickly and accurately diagnose any issues with your pet. We also utilize diagnostic imaging like X-rays. A radiograph (X-ray) is a type of photograph that looks inside the body and reveals information that may not be discernible from the outside. Radiography can be used to evaluate your pet’s internal organs like the heart, lungs, and abdominal organs, as well as bones. When it comes to accurately diagnose your pet, radiology can be an extremely valuable tool in our diagnostic arsenal.

Surgery

Our team is highly skilled and experienced in performing a wide variety of pet surgeries using modern techniques, cutting-edge equipment, and always adhering to the strictest standards of safety and care. We provide surgical options in a clean and safe environment. Most importantly, our veterinary team takes great care in monitoring your pet’s heartbeat, blood pressure, oxygen level, fluid therapy, and his or her post-operative comfort and clinical care through recovery.

We understand that your pet is a family member and that separation from him or her may be stressful. Be assured that the entire Fox and Friends team involved with your companion’s medical treatment is committed to sensitive, compassionate care of your pet throughout their stay with us.
